Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated General Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed to support our daily operations. You will work with our team to ensure project goals are met safely and efficiently. No previous experience is requiredwe will teach you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various physical duties, including packaging, loading/unloading trucks, moving materials, back fill where needed and site cleanup.
  • Operate basic hand tools and light machinery safely.
  • Stack, band, and label materials according to instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and participate in company safety meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. consistently.
  • Reliable transportation to the job site.
