This remote position offers the convenience of telehealth therapy, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. You will utilize secure videoconferencing software and electronic medical record systems to conduct assessments and therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and family systems therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and effective management of immediate concerns.
• Maintain detailed and secure client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings, while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate and enhance overall care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and available community resources while serving as an advocate for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Pavilion Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral challenges. Your approach will be informed by the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, enabling you to foster an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, which may include LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Robust clinical assessment capabilities and diagnostic expertise to formulate treatment plans effectively.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health therapy is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and work productively with team members.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.

• Prior experience working in a clinical setting is highly desirable, though not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic medical record systems will be beneficial.
