Your Role in Our Mission

As a Direct Care Technician, on the team you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a therapeutic and safe group environment and attending to the welfare and basic needs of clients. You will provide informal counseling in the detox center that involve behavioral techniques, reality therapy, supportive encouragement and socialization skills for the clients.

We have the following shifts open:

Schedule

  • Full time: Night shift: 7pm to 7am; (Week 1 Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) (Week 2 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday)
  • Full time: Night shift 7pm to 7am (Week 1 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) (Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday)

  • Competitive Salary: $16.82/hr. for these full-time positions
