We're looking for a motivated Recruiting Assistant to join our team in a key role supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. This position will help ensure a smooth, organized, and positive experience for both candidates and the recruiting team.

This is an entry--level position that allows learning HR and Recruiting from the ground up.


Responsibilities:


● Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

● Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and required candidate documents.

● Keep candidate records, recruiting reports, and ATS information up to date.

● Collect and organize interviewer feedback.

● Source candidates for legal support and attorney positions.

● Partner with recruiters throughout the recruiting process.

● Ensure candidates receive timely communication and status updates.

● Provide candidates with appropriate feedback regarding their application status


Qualifications:


● 2+ years of recent administrative experience

● 1+ years working in positions that involve high-volume phone calls

● Mid to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

● Articulate with excellent writing skills and a good eye for detail

● Discreet, professional, and well-spoken, with good communication skills

● Exceptionally well organized and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative

● Ability to use judgment and seek guidance with confidential issues

● Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines


Nice to have:


● Experience utilizing HR/Recruiting software

● Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite

● Prior experience working at a law firm in any position (highly desired)


Total Compensation Package:


● From $18 per hour ~ depending on experience
