Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management
  • Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment
  • Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients' needs
  • Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting
  • Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management
  • Experience in working with integration with SuccessFactors module
  • At least one full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements
