This is an entry-level role with paid training and clear opportunities to grow into machine operator positions as you develop your mechanical and production skills.

  • Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
  • Accurately record production information and assist with shop-floor data entry
  • Communicate with operators and supervisors regarding production needs or issues
  • Support team objectives by assisting wherever needed on the production floor
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in other production areas as needed to support overall plant goals

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Interest in learning how industrial printing and converting equipment operates
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how machines work

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to stay organized with strong attention to details
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform well in a fast-paced production setting
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work safely around moving equipment in a moderately loud production environment
  • Visual acuity to distinguish color, detail, and print quality

Why You’ll Love Working at Cursive

  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, and 401k)
  • Paid training and career development opportunities in a fast-growing company
  • Opportunity to grow into skilled machine operator roles
  • Work in a modern, clean, state -of-the-art production facility
  • Join a fast-growing company reshaping the packaging industry
  • Lean team where your work makes a visible impact
  • Opportunity to work with world-class consumer brands
  • Performance-driven culture that recognizes skill, effort, and results
  • Supportive team that values collaboration, learning, and innovation
