This role is ideal for individuals with background experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, shift supervision, or athletic coaching who want to transition into a professional, schedule-friendly career.

Day-to-Day Focus

  • Meet with local business owners, families, and individuals to present customized supplemental benefit options.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, handling client questions and supporting policy renewals.
  • Manage your daily client schedule and build long-term relationships within the local community.
  • Participate in structured leadership development and local agency growth tracks.

Qualifications Transferable Skills
