Do you enjoy connecting with people, working toward goals, and helping others take the next step in their careers? Brooksource is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to identify talented candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and connect them with opportunities where they can succeed.


No previous recruiting or staffing experience is required. You will receive structured training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support as you build your recruiting skills and professional network.

What You’ll Do


  • Build lasting personal and professional relationships with candidates and consultants
  • Partner with the sales team to understand each client’s hiring needs and develop an effective recruiting strategy
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools
  • Interview and evaluate candidates based on their experience, skills, career goals, and fit for available opportunities
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through each stage of the interview process
  • Provide resume coaching, interview preparation, feedback, and offer support
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and advocate for them throughout their job search
  • Support consultants through onboarding and throughout the duration of their assignments
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working toward weekly activity, interview, and placement goals
  • Set personal and team goals through regular coaching and development sessions with your manager
