NOW HIRING A SALES AND SERVICE SPECIALIST FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

SALARY  $60,000-$70,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE + COMMISION!

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Designer to join our growing landscaping division. This role is client-facing and design-driven, focused on creating high-quality outdoor spaces for residential clients-many of whom are high-end homeowners.

The ideal candidate is both creative and highly professional, with the ability to guide clients through the design process while delivering visually compelling and executable plans. This is not an entry-level role-candidates must be confident in their skills and able to contribute immediately with minimal training.


Requirements:

  • Meet with clients to understand vision, preferences, and project goals 
  • Develop and present customized landscape designs for residential properties 
  • Create detailed plans using industry-standard design software 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project execution 
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and drive projects toward approval 
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the design and sales process 
  • Support the sales pipeline by producing designs that convert to closed projects

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid Drivers License Required
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field or significant industry experience 
  • Proven experience designing residential landscapes (high-end experience strongly preferred) 
  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, especially with discerning clients 
  • Ability to work independently with little to no training 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Complete a Background Check and Drug Test upon Employment Offer
