Job Summary
The Entry-Level Lab Tech Aide assists laboratory staff with basic laboratory operations, specimen handling, data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in healthcare, clinical laboratory, or scientific settings.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with specimen collection, labeling, and transportation
  • Prepare samples and supplies for laboratory testing
  • Clean, organize, and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain laboratory records
  • Stock laboratory supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • Follow safety procedures, infection control standards, and laboratory protocols
  • Dispose of biohazard materials according to guidelines
  • Support laboratory technicians and scientists with routine tasks
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
