Position Summary
The Dental Laboratory Technician is responsible for supporting the fabrication of full and partial dentures by preparing dental models, pouring impressions, articulating cases, polishing dentures, and assisting with various laboratory production processes. This role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality dental prosthetics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pour dental impressions into plaster to create accurate working models.
  • Trim and prepare plaster models for denture fabrication.
  • Articulate cases according to laboratory specifications.
  • Polish full and partial dentures to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Assist technicians with removable prosthetic production.
  • Maintain organized workstations and laboratory equipment.
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and infection control protocols.
