Entry Level Cleanroom Technician - 1st & 2nd Shift Openings - No Experience Required

1st Shift - $19 per hour - Monday - Thursday Schedule 4am-2:30pm + OT

2nd Shift - $19.76 per hour - Monday-Thursday Schedule 3pm-1:30am + OT

Job Description

Join our team as a Cleanroom Production Operator in the cartridge department. You will play a critical role in assembling cartridges, working on a manufacturing line, and collaborating with a team to complete assemblies. Your responsibilities will include monitoring semi-automated manufacturing processes, working within various lines such as inspections, running automated machines, sub-assembly/welding, and testing. You will review batch records and ensure documentation accuracy, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cartridges in the cleanroom.
  • Work on a manufacturing line with a team to complete assemblies.
  • Monitor semi-automated manufacturing processes.
  • Engage in inspections, running automated machines, sub-assembly/welding, and testing.
  • Review batch records and monitor documentation for accuracy.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

  • Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from any industry.
  • Ability to work on computers, as all training and documentation is computer-based.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Flexible attitude towards work and willingness to be cross-trained in different departments.

Work Environment

The work takes place in the cartridge department, with potential flexibility to move to other departments as needed. The ISO Class 8 Cleanroom requires specific dress code adherence: cleanroom PPE including hair cover, lab coat or gown, gloves, and strict hygiene standards. Employees must be flexible with work location and overtime, as the company expects to be very busy for the next 15 months. Shifts include early morning and afternoon options, with AWS scheduling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.76/hr.
