About the Role
BridgeMed Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Lab Support Technician to join our team on a one-year contract. This position will provide general laboratory and office support to help ensure our daily operations run efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn, and wants to gain experience in the medical device industry.
Responsibilities
  • Provide general laboratory support, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing equipment and work areas.
  • Operate autoclaves and assist with sterilization activities following company procedures.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and maintaining laboratory organization.
  • Support laboratory staff with day-to-day projects and tasks.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative or office support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company quality and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or medical device experience is a plus but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work both independently and as part of a team.
