Help Desk Support Technician (DoD Service Desk)
Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ (Onsite)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance preferred. Candidates with a current CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification are eligible for clearance sponsorship.
Schedule: 24/7 Operations (Day, Swing, Night, and Weekend Shifts Available)

We are seeking motivated Help Desk Support Technicians to join one of the largest and most collaborative enterprise service desks supporting the U.S. Army. This role is a great opportunity for entry-level IT professionals, transitioning military personnel, veterans, and military spouses looking to build a career in information technology and cybersecurity.
As part of the Army Enterprise Service Desk, you will provide Tier 1 support to users around the world, helping ensure mission-critical systems remain operational and accessible.
Required Qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance OR ability to obtain one
Current CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
0 to 6 months of Help Desk, IT Support, Technical Support, or customer service experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends Preferred Qualifications Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Prior Department of Defense (DoD) or military support experience
Understanding of basic networking concepts
Experience working with ticketing systems
Strong desire to learn and grow within IT and cybersecurity Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 support for computer hardware, software, network access, applications, and telecommunications systems
Respond to user requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues using established procedures
Answer questions regarding installation, configuration, and use of supported technologies
Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support teams when needed
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) Work Environment
This position is located onsite at a highly collaborative solutions center in Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The team provides 24/7/365 support to thousands of users worldwide across the defense community.
Employees work 8-hour shifts across: Day Shift
Swing Shift
