Job description

Summary:
The IT Solutions Delivery Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT solutions that enhance firmwide technology capabilities. This role focuses on executing high-quality solutions across key IT service areas such as Microsoft platforms, Unified Communications, Mobility, Infrastructure & Hosting, Financial, HR, Marketing and other core technologies.
Working closely with IT Project Managers, IT Solutions Delivery Leads, Engineers, Portfolio Managers, and business stakeholders, the IT Solutions Delivery Analyst performs a wide range of tasks. For example, translating business needs into technical requirements, executing and coordinating implementation tasks, and supporting successful user adoption. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a strong grasp of enterprise IT systems and a passion for reliable execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the delivery of IT projects by performing business/technical analysis, gathering and documenting requirements and processes, supporting solution design, developing reports, maintaining documentation, and participating in implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and align with IT standards.
  • Create and maintain project documentation such as process diagrams, test scripts, issue logs, training guides, and reports.
  • Participate in all aspects of testing, troubleshooting, and validation of new solutions before deployment.
  • Help coordinate end-user training, communications, and post-launch support.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Support vendor interactions for product evaluations, execution, troubleshooting, and feedback.
  • Prioritize user experience and quality in every phase of solution delivery.

Education and/or Experience Required:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing IT solutions in an enterprise setting.
  • Hands-on experience in project delivery, systems support, infrastructure and application rollout.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in testing and facilitation of testing with end users.
  • Experience preparing presentations and project related documentation.

Preferred:
  • Consulting experience
  • Legal industry experience
  • Professional services experience
  • Experience or exposure to Microsoft 365, unified communications, cloud services, IT security or enterprise infrastructure.
  • Background in business analysis or project management.

The target salary range for this role is:
$74,000 - $95,000 if located in Illinois
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
