Job description

As a Project Manager, you will manage one or more innovative acquisition project within the Office of Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). The office provides cradle-to-grave acquisition, project, & financial management support.
Location of position: Federal Acquisition Service, Office of Assisted Acquisition Services, Acquisition and Procurement Center of Excellence.

We are currently filling two vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $106,437 per year and varies by location.ย  If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.ย ย 
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.ย  Specialized experience is experience managing Information Technology (IT) projects, Professional Services (PS) and/or Research and Development (R&D); and innovative acquisitions (e.g., Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer or equivalent special authorities, and Commercial Solutions Openings), which may include non-Federal Acquisition Regulation based contracts. Such experience must include project management, monitoring contractor performance and financial management.
