Job description

We're a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising company hiring Entry-Level Customer Engagement Representatives for immediate openings. If you're outgoing, motivated, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to build a career in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, and community outreach.
No experience is required-we provide paid training, hands-on experience, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed from day one.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll represent our organization at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. You'll interact with attendees, provide exceptional customer service, and help create meaningful experiences while supporting nonprofit partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with attendees, donors, and community members at live events and promotional campaigns.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service and answer questions about fundraising initiatives.
  • Share campaign information and educate the public about nonprofit programs.
  • Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and event support.
  • Build positive relationships with supporters and community partners.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who are:
