We are a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising company dedicated to creating memorable experiences while supporting meaningful community initiatives. We partner with nonprofit and charitable organizations to deliver engaging live events, fundraising campaigns, community outreach programs, and customer engagement experiences.
We're seeking motivated, outgoing, and people-oriented individuals to join our team immediately as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real-world event experience to help you develop valuable professional skills and build a long-term career.
Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a professional representative at live events, brand activations, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs.
You'll interact directly with event attendees, donors, supporters, and community members while providing friendly customer service and sharing information about campaigns and charitable initiatives.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want hands-on experience in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, communications, and community outreach, and are interested in developing into future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Engage with attendees, donors, supporters, and participants at live events and community programs
  • Provide friendly, professional, and approachable customer service
  • Share campaign, fundraising, and nonprofit information clearly and confidently
  • Answer questions and help participants understand campaign objectives and initiatives
  • Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site operations
  • Assist with promotional activities and community outreach initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and partner organizations
  • Represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns professionally and positively
  • Help create a welcoming, energetic, and engaging event environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve event and campaign goals
  • Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development programs
Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications
