firstPRO 360 is seeking an entry level Staff Accountant for our client in the Buckhead area! We are looking for new graduates in Accounting or Finance to fill an entry level accountant position. 0-3 years experience!
Responsibilities:

  • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Revenue Recognition and cash management
  • Responsible for overseeing both AR and AP
  • Prepare and post accurate journal entries
  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
  • Report analysis and findings to management team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
  • 0-3 years’ experience in accounting
  • Proficient use of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with large ERP is a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
