Position Overview
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role handles incoming and outgoing shipments, keeps inventory accurate, and maintains a clean, organized workspace.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You'll be the person who knows what's in stock, makes sure kits ship on time, and helps keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers (FedEx, UPS, freight)
  • Maintain shipping logs and documentation
  • Ship product kits
Inventory Management & Kitting
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular counts and cycle checks
  • Monitor stock levels and resolve discrepancies
  • Keep storage organized and up to date in inventory systems
  • Kit components before kit shipment
  • Actively participate in supply chain planning discussions
Warehouse Organization & Maintenance
  • Keep warehouse, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized
  • Ensure materials and tools are properly labeled and stored
  • Support basic facility upkeep and safety practices

Qualifications
  • 2+ years in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory management (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
