Job Summary: IT Support Analyst โ€“ Houston, TX

Our client, a well-regarded law firm in Houston, is seeking a full-time, in-office IT Support Analyst to join their Information Technology Services team. This entry-level role reports to the Director of IT and is ideal for professionals with 3 years of IT support experience, preferably within the legal industry.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 help desk support via ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues for both onsite and remote users
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain IT inventory and manage equipment check-in/out
  • Support anti-virus software, patch management, and network troubleshooting
  • Help maintain the help desk portal and document internal how-tos
  • Set up and support conference room tech and user phone/headset systems



Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Office Suite, and Active Directory
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Understanding of Group Policies, file and print services, and event log analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, and Ivanti systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
