Title: Inventory Clerk

Location: 415 E. Exchange Parkway, Allen, TX

Duration: Temporary to Hire

PAY RATE: $17.50/hr

Hours: Tentatively 7:00 am to 4:00 pm; Schedule TBD

Schedule: Monday thru Friday but must be able to work overtime

The two key areas we’re focusing on are:
- Manufacturing/Production environment experience
- Proven ability to manage and resolve inventory discrepancies

This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits, maintaining inventory accuracy by performing bin checks, assisting in investigation and reconciling inventory discrepancies to provide a reliable inventory balance.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies in the ERP system.

• Investigate variances by working closely with multiple users and analyzing inventory movements in the system

• Create weekly reports to business and senior managements

• Consistently follow all warehouse procedures.

• Support production escalations for inventory variances

• Support shipping activities in month ends and quarter ends, overtime may be expected

Requirements:

• Relevant education and/or work experience required (i.e., receiving, warehousing, and inventory).

• Strong attention to detail skills.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Team player, positive attitude.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• ERP or inventory systems experience, SAP is an asset.

• Microsoft Excel (vlookup, match, pivot tables) and PowerPoint

Physical Requirements:

• Must be comfortable performing physical work.

* Training expected: Two weeks
