As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced, highly organized, bilingual Project Manager to oversee cross-departmental operations and support our mission of empowering communities through education.

Position Summary

The Part-Time Project Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for coordinating projects, monitoring departmental performance, ensuring accountability, managing timelines, and supporting organizational growth initiatives.

This individual will work directly with executive leadership, instructors, admissions personnel, recruiters, administrative staff, and strategic partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced educational and workforce development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations

  • Manage multiple educational, workforce development, and business projects simultaneously.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and accountability systems.

  • Coordinate activities among all departments to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Monitor project budgets, staffing requirements, and implementation schedules.

  • Prepare executive reports, project updates, and performance summaries.

  • Ensure projects remain compliant with applicable educational and organizational standards.

Department Coordination

Serve as liaison between:

  • Executive Leadership

  • Admissions Department

  • Student Recruitment Team

  • Educational & Instructional Department

  • Workforce Development Programs

  • Marketing & Social Media Team

  • Grants & Acquisitions Department

  • Administrative Support Team

Staff Leadership & Accountability

  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings.

  • Track departmental goals and deliverables.

  • Monitor employee performance metrics.

  • Assist in onboarding and training new staff members.

  • Promote collaboration and communication among departments.

Business Development & Sales Support

  • Assist leadership with strategic growth initiatives.

  • Support sales and partnership development efforts.

  • Participate in meetings with schools, healthcare facilities, nonprofits, and community organizations.

  • Help develop proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.

  • Track sales pipelines and recruitment initiatives.

Educational Program Oversight

  • Coordinate allied health and workforce development program launches.

  • Ensure instructors have necessary resources and support.

  • Assist with scheduling courses, orientations, and special events.

  • Monitor student enrollment trends and program performance.

Community & Partner Relations

  • Represent CPR Courses International professionally at meetings and events.

  • Assist with relationship management among existing partners.

  • Support outreach efforts with schools, government agencies, and healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Education Administration, or related field.

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

  • Experience in sales, business development, workforce development, education, healthcare administration, or nonprofit operations.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM platforms, and project management software.

Preferred

  • PMP Certification.

  • Experience working within educational institutions.

  • Experience with workforce development initiatives.

  • Experience managing grants or government-funded projects.

  • Familiarity with healthcare training programs and allied health education.

Schedule Expectations

This is a part-time leadership position requiring flexibility.

Availability must include:

  • Minimum 25–30 hours per week.

  • At least two weekday evenings.

  • Weekend availability as needed.

  • Attendance at leadership meetings, orientations, and major organizational events.

While the position is part-time, the successful candidate must be capable of providing leadership support during critical project periods and organizational growth initiatives.
