Job description

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to support
international projects by managing timelines, maintaining project data, coordinating
cross-functional communication, and following up on deliverables. This role is well
suited for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn,
comfortable working with spreadsheets, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks
from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will help keep projects organized, support communication across
teams, manage data accurately, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high
standard.

Responsibilities:
● Support project planning, scheduling, and task tracking from start to finish.
● Maintain accurate project data, timelines, and documentation in Google Sheets
and Excel.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving
forward.
● Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help identify risks or delays early.
● Prepare status updates, reports, and meeting notes for team and leadership
review.
● Help organize project workflows and improve process efficiency.
● Assist in problem-solving and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
● Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
● Support communication across teams to keep everyone aligned on priorities and
next steps.
● Take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities with minimal
supervision.
Required Experience
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple tasks effectively.
● Comfortable working with data and keeping records accurate and up to date.
● Strong communication and follow-up skills.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, or the ability to learn quickly.
● Able to take responsibility for assigned work and follow through consistently.
● Able to commit the necessary time and maintain consistent follow-up on tasks
and deadlines.

Preferred Experience:
● Experience in a global or international business environment.
● Experience supporting cross-functional projects or team coordination.
● Familiarity with process improvement or workflow organization.
● Experience managing multiple priorities at once.
● Highly self-motivated, dependable, and quick to learn.
