Job Summary
We're hiring a skilled Automation Engineer to help design, build, and optimize scalable workflows that improve business efficiency and eliminate repetitive tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about process improvement, systems integration, and building automation solutions that create real business impact.
You'll work with modern tools and platforms to connect systems, streamline operations, and support cross-functional teams. Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n is highly valued, though candidates with broader automation experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across internal and client-facing systems.
  • Integrate platforms and tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks.
  • Create scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize workflow logic using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, support, and product teams to understand workflow requirements.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve processes.
  • Document systems, workflows, and implementation processes clearly.
  • Support data synchronization and process automation across CRMs, communication tools, and business applications.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or automation engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party system integrations.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and identify process improvements.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business productivity tools.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience working with AI tools, automation agents, or no-code/low-code systems is a plus.
