This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and maintaining automation workflows using the Tines platform, working directly with stakeholders to design and deliver automation stories that ensure reliability and scalability.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure Tines automation platform
• Integrate SSO and connect Tines to external repositories and password vaults
• Configure on-prem Cloudflare tunnels for secure connectivity
• Work with AWS Bedrock for AI-driven integrations
• Build automation stories that orchestrate across CrowdStrike, Tanium, Splunk, Anvilogic, ThreatQ, and other common EDR, SIEM, and cloud environments
• Write and debug automation logic in Python
• Review and interpret Tines logs for troubleshooting and optimization
• Create detailed technical documentation for all orchestration workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to set up integrations and follow enterprise change management processes
