JOB SUMMARY
This entry-level position provides project and administrative support for TDXi's Technical Services Headquarters Office located in Newport News, VA. The Program Support Analyst I provides foundational analytical, administrative, and financial support to ongoing programs to ensure efficient operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with organizational and contractual requirements. This role assists program leadership by gathering and validating data, preparing routine reports, tracking expenditures, and maintaining organized program records. The position also assists with internal audits, maintains schedule and deliverable visibility, and serves as a coordination point between program, finance, and corporate support functions. This entry-level analytical role helps ensure program activities are properly documented, traceable, compliant, and aligned with program objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for contract/project
  • Prepare, code, submit, and track travel expense reimbursement and per diem requests in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) requirements.
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work
  • Perform general clerical duties as needed
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office programs
  • Answer telephones and transfer or take messages for other staff members
  • Must be able to work independently and on small team with strong communication skills
  • Comply with quality and safety programs and accomplish other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associates or higher OR 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Familiarity with the JTR required
  • Familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
  • Familiarity with Service Contract requirements (SCA)
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
    • Extensive knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Previous military experience, in professional or civilian capacity is beneficial
  • Ability to effectively work with a remote team and multiple work sites
  • Reliability, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must present professional appearance, be energetic, and take pride in work
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills

  • US Citizen // Secret Clearance or ability to obtain if required
  • Applicants must have a valid state driver's license
