Technical Response, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Summary

 
The Customer Success Coordinator supports the daily activities of the Customer Success and Business Operations teams by helping ensure customer orders are processed accurately, operational information is maintained, and business processes run efficiently. This position is responsible for entering customer sales orders, creating vendor purchase orders, generating customer invoices, maintaining ERP data, and supporting documentation control activities.

Working closely with multiple departments the Customer Success Coordinator plays an important role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the company's operational goals.

  Job Duties 

  • Enter customer sales orders accurately and promptly into the ERP system. 
  • Generate customer invoices and assist with the order fulfillment process. 
  • Support the Customer Success team by maintaining accurate customer and order information. 
  • Assist in providing timely information and support to internal teams regarding customer orders.
  • Create vendor purchase orders and maintain supporting documentation. 
  • Perform ERP data entry, updates, and record maintenance to ensure data accuracy. 
  • Support documentation control activities, including organizing, updating, filing, and maintaining controlled documents. 
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records to support operational efficiency and audit readiness. 
  • Handle confidential documents in accordance with company policies. 
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient business operations. 
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), quality standards, and company policies. 
  • Assist the Customer Success Manager and Business Operations Manager with special projects and operational initiatives. 
  • Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications 


Education 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • Equivalent education, relevant experience, or demonstrated ability will also be considered.

Skills & Qualifications 

This is an entry-level position, and comprehensive training will be provided. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.


Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A willingness to learn new software, business processes, and ERP systems. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. 
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team. 
  • Professionalism, initiative, and a positive customer-focused attitude. 

Preferred, but are not required:

  • Experience with ERP software (NetSuite preferred). 
  • Exposure to purchasing, order processing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations. 
  • Previous internship, co-op, customer service, or administrative experience.
