Cyber Security Training and Consulting LLC and its brands, AI Gurus Academy, AI Gurus Studio, and LearnAI.TV, is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Entry-Level Sales Associate to support business growth across our AI education, media, advertising, and production divisions.
This full-time, in-office position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking to build a career in sales, marketing, business development, media, or emerging technology. The Sales Executive will help generate new business opportunities, develop local market awareness, build strategic relationships, and support revenue growth initiatives across multiple AI-focused brands.
The ideal candidate is confident communicating with businesses, enjoys networking and relationship building, and is excited about artificial intelligence, digital media, advertising, and educational technology.
Key Responsibilities
AI Gurus Academy Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and professional groups
- Promote AI workforce development, AI upskilling, and AI training programs
- Help organizations identify opportunities to train and educate employees on AI technologies and adoption
- Generate leads for AI workshops, certifications, corporate training, and consulting engagements
- Build local market awareness for AI Gurus Academy offerings through networking and outreach efforts
- Assist with community engagement initiatives, business events, seminars, and promotional activities
AI Gurus Studio Responsibilities
- Promote and sell creative and production services to businesses and organizations
- Generate opportunities for:
- Advertising production
- Commercial and promotional video production
- Educational content development
- Corporate media production
- Motion graphics and animation services
- Motion capture production services
- 3D hologram and immersive media capabilities
- Build relationships with businesses seeking innovative marketing, training, and media solutions
- Support outreach to organizations interested in AI-enhanced media and content production capabilities
- Assist in positioning AI Gurus Studio as a cutting-edge media and creative production partner
LearnAI.TV Responsibilities
- Identify and engage AI companies, educators, trainers, and content creators
- Recruit organizations and subject matter experts interested in hosting AI-related training content on the LearnAI.TV platform
- Build strategic relationships with AI-focused businesses and training providers
- Promote LearnAI.TV as a destination for AI education and professional learning
- Generate advertising sales opportunities for the LearnAI.TV platform
- Assist in expanding platform visibility, audience growth, and sponsorship opportunities
General Sales Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email campaigns, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up activities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities within CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales activity and revenue goals
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and production teams to support business growth initiatives
- Develop a strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and company offerings
- Represent company brands professionally during meetings, events, and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation Structure
This position is compensated through a base plus commission structure.
