Intelligence Management Specialist (COP Watch Officer) Senior
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.
Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist (COP Watch Officer) Seniorto support the mission of the Security Vetting Enterprise (SVE) in the front-line defense for screening and vetting linguist applicants and other Army designated categories of personnel.
The USINDOPACOM JIOC provides the Commander with all-source intelligence support for operations, planning, and decision-making. It analyzes adversary capabilities and threats, integrates intelligence functions across the theater, supports joint planning and exercises, and informs deterrence and regional security efforts in the Indo-Pacific.

Intelligence Management Specialist (COP Watch Officer) Senior Responsibilities Include:
  • -Stand watch as part of the COP-IDL Fusion Cell and support routine, crisis, contingency, and continuity of operations requirements.
  • -Review documents for accuracy; manage RFIs, task actions, reports, correspondence, briefings, and read-ahead materials.
  • -Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support across JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and allied/partner systems.
  • -Build and maintain databases, update objects of interest, monitor intelligence, produce metrics, and support COP-IDL development and management.
  • -Coordinate visitor access, meeting support, and administrative functions for analysts, engineers, and scientists across the JIOC.
  • -Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Intelligence Management Specialist (COP Watch Officer) Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • -Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a counterintelligence polygraph
  • -At least 12 years of relevant experience with a portion in the last 2 years. Ability to operate independently in a crisis watch environment, synchronize theater reporting, and lead COP-IDL management functions.
  • -Experience supporting intelligence or operations centers, watch floor processes, or theater COP management.
  • -Familiarity with all-source analytic techniques and with SIGINT, OPIR, and GEOINT-enabled object-based production is highly desirable.
  • -Ability to use or learn mission systems such as FADE MIST, Bodhi, Thresher, Watchbox/Intelbook, CHRONICLE, MSS, GCCS-J, GCCS-I3/Agile Client, and related COP-IDL tools.
  • -Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
