You'll play a key role on our team, supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives, as well as system administration. As an Associate Enterprise Systems Analyst, your days will be dynamic and filled with opportunities to contribute to our mission. Here's a glimpse into what your typical day might look like:
  • Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems to streamline processes & document workflows across the organization.
  • Provide data-driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes across multiple departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.

Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who:
  • Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Is proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar is considered a plus
  • Has experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support
  • Has proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location.
