Job description

About Elixirr
Elixirr International plc is a global consulting firm with a bold ambition: to become the best consulting firm in the world.
Founded in 2009 to challenge a declining industry standard, we've grown from a single vision into a powerhouse of entrepreneurial talent, delivering boardroom strategy through to execution.
After IPO-ing on AIM in July 2020, Elixirr moved to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025. In that time, our market cap has grown from 98 million to over 350 million - a testament to our differentiated approach and relentless pursuit of excellence.
With a presence across the UK, US, EU, and South Africa, and a client base spanning industries and geographies, we've welcomed eight boutique firms into the Group. This has broadened our capabilities across creative, digital marketing, data and AI, procurement, transformation, and more.
Our vision of becoming a services unicorn is firmly within reach - and this is just the beginning. We're looking for exceptional talent to join us on this exciting growth journey and shape the future of consulting.

You will be based in our Dallas office. We're proud of the work we've done here to help clients disrupt their industries.

Role Summary

We're looking for outstanding graduates to join our global team as Consulting Analysts starting in Summer 2027. You will make an impact from day one, working with a world-class team on some of our corporate client's toughest business challenges.

Requirements

  • Intellectually curious with strong qualitative and quantitative skills

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator with tip top presentation skills
  • Able to use Excel and PowerPoint to powerfully communicate with senior stakeholders
  • A real team player, able to work and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds internally and externally
  • A confident self-starter who demonstrates resilience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with the determination to deliver beyond expectations for your clients and our firm
  • Willing to travel locally or globally at short notice to meet client demands
  • Self-aware, you embrace feedback because you strive for continual improvement and support the development of others around you
  • Enjoys learning from doing, with most of our graduate analysts being placed on projects in week 1!

Why join us?

  • Quarterly, not annual promotions
  • Promotions on merit, not tenure
  • Options, shares, yearly bonus as standard
  • Additional rewards for outstanding work
  • Ownership ethos from day one
  • Collaborative support from an exceptional team of colleagues
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders in varied client sectors across multiple geographies solving impactful business problems
