Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the beverage manufacturing and production industry for a Contract Legal Admin. This role will provide day-to-day support within the Intellectual Property function, partnering closely with a long-tenured legal team member to help review and route marketing and packaging materials through an internal intake platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Review global marketing content for IP compliance and best practices
  • Review product packaging artwork and related materials
  • Evaluate materials submitted through the company's intake platform
  • Interface with various business stakeholders and communicate feedback clearly

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Paralegal or Legal Assistant background preferred
  • Intellectual property law exposure strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Key Details:
  • Compensation: $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour based on experience.
