Opportunity Overview
The Center for Integrative Health at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is a nationally recognized leader in evidence-based integrative medicine, dedicated to advancing whole-person care through clinical services, education, and research. As part of one of the nation's largest academic health systems, the center brings together conventional medicine and complementary therapies to support optimal health and well-being across the lifespan.
Our multidisciplinary team provides a comprehensive suite of integrative services, including acupuncture, chiropractic care, functional and lifestyle medicine, integrative nutrition, osteopathic manipulative treatment, mind-body medicine, massage therapy, and personalized wellness consultations. These services are grounded in scientific evidence and designed to work in partnership with traditional medical care to address the physical, emotional, and behavioral contributors to health.
In addition to clinical care, the Center for Integrative Health plays a vital role in education and innovation. The program trains medical students, residents, fellows, and practicing clinicians in integrative health principles. It actively collaborates with campus and community partners to promote preventive care and research-driven wellness initiatives. Flagship programs, such as Mindfulness in Motion, reflect the Center's commitment to developing scalable interventions that improve patient outcomes, reduce stress, and enhance overall resilience.
With a mission rooted in holistic, patient-centered care, the Center for Integrative Health is advancing the future of integrative medicine in an academic environment-bringing together expert clinicians, researchers, educators, and innovators to transform how health and healing are delivered.
