This position is for an entry-level Integrated Product Support (IPS) professional.This person will work under moderate supervision establishing and executing business plans, Earned Value calculations and data deliverables for Program Management along with a senior-level Peers. Candidate should be customer-focused, able to learn new tasks quickly, and able to solve problems with guidance.

What You Will Do:

  • Collects data for and supports analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.

  • Participates in the collection of information to help develop accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance.

  • Mentors with senior Integrated Product Support Manager to gain better understanding of role.

  • Works with analyst to understand data and analysis provided to program.

  • Maintains a high-level of organization, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets deadlines with supervision.

  • Communicate with peers and internal customers to drive results.


What You Will Learn:

  • Learns the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.

  • Gains understanding of Collins Management System (CMS).

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, MIS, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
