We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is ready to bring strong clinical skills, leadership, and compassion into a fast-paced admissions environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Administering medications in accordance with provider orders
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Performing intake assessments for new clients
  • Ensuring physician orders are carried out appropriately
  • Monitoring and obtaining vital signs as needed
  • Conducting impairment and withdrawal assessments, including COWS
  • Supporting safe, effective nursing practices within RN scope per state guidelines
  • Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff when needed
