Key Responsibilities
  • Full and Part-time positions available
  • Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
  • 7p-7a Infirmary RN
  • Behavioral Health/Psych RN positions available
  • Intake and Triage responsibilities
  • Rate starting at $49/hr.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to medical emergencies, including performing CPR until relieved.
  • Administer medications and accurately document in the Medication Administration Record (MAR).
  • Conduct patient assessments, perform histories and physicals, and refer to appropriate healthcare providers as needed.
  • Assist Physicians during patient examinations and implement treatment orders.
  • Educate patients and correctional staff on healthcare practices and safety protocols.
  • Collect specimens and samples as directed by Physician orders.
  • Maintain compliance with infection control practices, including Universal Precautions, and adhere to safety and security regulations for controlled medications, keys, and sharps.
  • Perform venipuncture and IV therapy.
  • Actively participate in disaster drills and follow all established security and safety protocols.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Key Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Active CPR certification required.
  • Knowledgeable about state laws and regulations governing nursing practice.
  • Completion of clinical competencies (initial and annual) as per role requirements.
