Responsibilities:
  • Present customized insurance solutions and educate customers on available coverage options
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound prospecting activities
  • Maintain detailed customer records
  • Conduct regular policy reviews, customer follow-ups, and renewal discussions to maintain strong client relationships
  • Support customers throughout the claims process and provide responsive service when questions arise
