Compensation:

$80,000+ at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct marketing and prospecting efforts (social media, referrals, community engagement, phone outreach)
  • Meet with prospective and current customers to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy information, and sales activities
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Assist customers throughout the claims process
  • Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups
  • Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications:
  • Agricultural knowledge or experience is preferred but not required
