Ideal Home Care Services Inc. is currently seeking an experienced recruiter with outstanding communication skills for our office located in the Hauppauge, NY.
The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment, interviewing, selection and pre-employment processing of all new employees. Ensures all candidates for employment meet the minimum qualifications needed for the continuation of a qualified and skilled workforce.
Requirements:
- Source candidates
- Supervise pre-employment testing procedures for new applicants.
- Interview the applicants and provide job duties and specifications, benefits overview and pertinent policies.
- Screen applicants to ensure they meet all requirements.
- Refer qualified applicants to departments for interview and final approval.
- Follow up with Department Managers regarding new hire start dates and orientation schedules.
- Verify licenses and certifications required by NYS Regulatory Agencies for employment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools and agencies as outreach activities for recruitment.
- Utilizes platforms and websites to enhance recruitment operations.
- Oversee the posting of vacancies and maintain platforms up-to-date.
- Performs other duties as requested.

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with intense focus on detail, accuracy, and follow ups.
