Job description

The Gaskins Agency is looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing agency.

Your job as an inside sales agent is to field calls and internet inquires from insurance shoppers: Quote their protection needs and CLOSE the sale. Follow up is also required as not everyone buys on the first call.

The ideal candidate is highly outgoing and pushes until they hear the word YES.

This position is work from home remote position.

Insurance License (Property and Casualty) preferred but not required.

If not already licensed we will reimburse you upon licensing but it is required to become licensed before earning commission.

Pay is annual salary plus commission. Our highest earning sales person made over $130k in 2025. But this particular role is for a more entry level sales person. One that has the potential and just needs a place to prove it.
