Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity

About Us

We are a 5doctor, AAHAaccredited general practice veterinary hospital located in Chicago's South Loop. Our stateoftheart facility includes a fully equipped surgical suite, an inhouse diagnostic laboratory, a radiology suite with digital radiography and ultrasonography, and a full kennel with secured outdoor walking areas.

We are currently seeking a fulltime Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, fastpaced team.

Please note: Due to our South Loop location, employee parking is not available. However, multiple bus and train routes are conveniently located within two blocks of the hospital.


About You

The ideal candidate:

  • Has customer service experience in a veterinary setting
  • Enjoys working in an upbeat, fastpaced environment with a high level of client interaction
  • Has experience scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing payments
  • Is a selfmotivated team player who values collaboration with clients and veterinary staff
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and can comfortably multitask
  • Is compassionate, patient, and empathetic, with a genuine love for pets and their people
  • Has experience with AviMark software or is willing to learn
  • Is available to work evenings and weekends
