We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Assistant to provide support to our Account Managers. We are looking for people with a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills, and efficiency with their work quality.   • Working very closely with Account Managers and Owner, providing support as needed with Certificates, Endorsements, and Policies
  • Learning and understanding company insurance products.

  • Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.

  • Reviewing Policies for Typos, etc. before sending out to customers
