Now hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative for a busy office in Saraland. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.
Starting Pay: $15.48/hour
Responsibilities:
• Take customer orders by phone, email, fax, and mail
• Enter orders accurately and ensure they are processed in a timely manner
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, approximately 120-150 per day
• Provide pricing, product, and delivery information
• Monitor orders and confirm shipments occur within 24-48 hours
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues professionally
• Communicate with internal departments and sales representatives to keep customer information updated
• Verify account information and check product availability
• Perform basic measurement and pricing conversions
• Maintain organized records and paperwork
