Responsibilities:
- Performingbookkeepingfunctionsonadaily,weekly,monthlybasis;
- Vendor maintenance - creatingand modifying existing vendors, managing W-9 and NDA forms process with new vendors, and ad hoc communications with vendors
- Recordingvendorinvoicesintheaccountspayablemodule of Intacct or within Bill.com and submit for review
- Completingvendor,creditandotherapplicationsonbehalfofclients
- ProcessingForm 1099s annually, where applicable,Recordingjournalentries for cash transfers, payroll, accruals, asset purchases and capital improvements, as well as specific accounting related to clients personal assets
- Reconciliations of bank statements, brokerage statements and credit card statements, including transaction feeds into our accounting systems

Qualifications&Requirements:
- 0-3 years' work experience
- Bachelor's degree, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Motivated person with the ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of the team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
