Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and general account maintenance.
  • Help prepare policy renewal documents and ensure all client information is up-to-date.
  • Process incoming mail and direct it to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain organized client files, both physical and digital.
  • Support the agency's producers with various administrative tasks.
  • Foster positive relationships with our valued clients.

Requirements
  • Current Florida Insurance license preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
