JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a conscientious, motivated, licensed insurance agent who enjoys working with people and helping
them find the right coverage. The role of this position is the production of new accounts and the retention of existing
accounts. The Account Manager will provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to clients


RESPONSIBILITIES
o Service and assist in the remarketing of current client policies
o Look for cross-sell opportunities when speaking with clients
o Complete Acord forms and COIs and ensure accuracy
o Process payments
o Conduct policy reviews. Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
o Process change requests to existing policies
o Assist clients in filing claims
o Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time frame
o Other functions as assigned by management


REQUIREMENTS
o A TDI Property & Casualty license is REQUIRED – within 30 days of hire
o Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
o Professional phone etiquette
o Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others
o Strong work ethic and leadership skills
o Successful sales background
o Must be personable, knowledgeable, dependable, and work well in a team environment
o Effective presentation skills both verbally and in writing are necessary.
o Ability to use a personal computer, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs,
including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
