Position Summary:
EnterSource is seeking motivated, entry-level Fiber Installers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks for residential and business customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables and related equipment
  • Run fiber and conduit, perform splicing, and test fiber connections
  • Follow detailed work orders and installation instructions
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and service activities
  • Travel to customer locations within the Southeast region as required
