Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and technically inclined Warehouse Associate who will manage daily warehouse operations and assist field technicians with elevator installations, repairs, and modernization projects. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on mechanical or construction experience who enjoys both warehouse work and supporting field operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, organize, and inventory elevator parts, tools, and materials.

  • Prepare job kits, staging materials, and equipment for installation and service teams.

  • Assist technicians onsite with basic installation tasks, material handling, and job setup.

  • Load and unload trucks; ensure materials are delivered to job sites accurately and on time.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

  • Track incoming/outgoing shipments and update inventory systems.

  • Inspect materials for accuracy, damage, or missing components.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).

  • Support field teams with measurements, debris removal, and basic mechanical tasks.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of warehouse, construction, mechanical, or field‑service experience.

  • Technical aptitude — comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and reading basic instructions.

  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, construction, or elevator industry preferred.

  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in physical environments (warehouse, job sites, stairwells).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.

  • Valid driver’s license; ability to drive company vehicle when needed.

Preferred Skills
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Experience supporting field technicians or installers.

  • Familiarity with elevator components is a plus but not required.

Why This Role Is a Great Fit
  • Mix of warehouse work and hands‑on field support.

  • Great for someone who enjoys mechanical tasks and wants to grow into a technician role.

  • Stable hours, supportive team environment, and opportunities for advancement.
