Position Overview

As an Entry-Level IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's technological infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain hardware and software systems. Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to employees experiencing hardware, software, or network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
