As an Entry Level Technical Analyst, you'll work with cross functional teams to support the design, integration, and optimization of modern technology solutions. You'll gain hands on experience with both traditional and AI enabled tools, building strong foundations in analysis, automation, system integration, and collaborative problem solving.
Fall Application Period: August 24, 2026 - October 2, 2026
Position is in Dallas, TX and requires 5 days a week in office or on client site.

• Develop a strong understanding of your client's industry, organization, customers, and business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates by asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and clarifying business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business questions and needs into analytical approaches and solutions.
• Apply foundational technical concepts to support applications, systems, data, integrations, and other technology solutions based on project needs.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to help ensure solutions are reliable and meet business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and other project deliverables to support implementation, knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement.
• Use modern and AI-enabled tools to support technical analysis, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and solution development.
• Apply responsible AI practices by considering privacy, security, accuracy, transparency, and appropriate human oversight when using AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to communicate progress, share information and support successful outcomes.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $52,200 - $95,700.
