Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, simulation software, Six Sigma principles, and ERP systems is often required. Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking set candidates apart in this role. These skills are crucial for identifying inefficiencies, improving productivity, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in industrial environments.
